What’s the subscription option?
You can subscribe for bread delivery for 1 month (4 weeks) at a time. When you subscribe, you will get your bread delivered every Saturday at the address mentioned in your order. You will be able to see the planned breads every month on our website.

Why subscribe when I can choose to order every week?
Subscribing saves you the hassle of waiting for pre-orders to open every week. It also helps us ensure we don’t sell out before our regular customers are able to order. Also, it saves you money!

Why pre-order every week when I can choose to subscribe for a month?
Beats us! Please subscribe – it also helps us plan better! 😀 On a serious note, if you prefer to order bread only occasionally, pre-ordering may be the right option for you. Pre orders open on Monday at 10am and close on Wednesday. We sell out often, so we’d highly recommend pre-ordering early!

Where’s my bread?
It’ll be at your doorsteps, every Saturday between 7am-1pm. We will make contact less deliveries, ring the bell and text you when delivery has been made. If you prefer, you can also pick up your bread from our bakery in Plano

What are the delivery charges?
We charge a small delivery fee based on your location in the Metroplex. You’d be able to see the delivery fee when you enter your Zipcode on the order form

What if I don’t like your bread?
Our aim is to delight you and we’d not settle for anything less. If for any reason you don’t like our bread – please send us an email at uma@tartalicious.com . We’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

Can I gift a bread subscription to a friend?
Yes, just enter their Name and Address in the order form, and we’d deliver the bread to their home!
