  • Lueur du Soir: Caramel-Pecan tart

    Lueur de soir or ‘evening glow’ in French is a complex layered tart that brings together Pecan and caramel in many ways. The caramelized pecans and amber colored glaze give way to luscious caramel mousse that sits on top of soft pecan-caramel filling.

  • Mystere blanc: Baileys-Coconut tart

    Mystere blanc or ‘White mystery’ in French has a dome of indulgent coconut cream infused with Baileys sitting on smooth pastry cream. Coconut flakes add a touch of purity, both in terms of looks and taste to the tart. What’s the mystery you ask? Cut the dome open and see for yourself.
